  • Prioritize schedule of work.
  • Set up Company on accounting system accordingly.
  • Convert existing data and/or obtain necessary statements and documents to book transactions.
  • Complete initial financial package.

Phase 2 • Execution

Execute

  • Financial Package presentation.
  • Make changes accordingly for transactions or customization of financial/LOS View.
  • Send final statements to client by deadline.

Phase 3 • Analysis

Proposal
